    Group Classes

    Pilates Mat, Reformer and Yoga

    Classes are booked in blocks which run over 12/13 weeks. You can join the block at any stage paying the pro rata amount of the remaining weeks.

    If you know there is a date you are unable to attend please email (a maximum of two sessions can be deducted per 12 week block) admin@pilatesbodycentre.co.uk to have the block amended prior to payment and start date. Once your block is finalised and paid for it is non-refundable. If you cant make a session 24 hours notice is required and a make up session can be booked for an equal value class during the date range of the block. Make up sessions can not be carried over to your next block.

    Classes must be paid for prior to the session. If a block of classes has been scheduled we reserve the right to process the payment for the block if it is unpaid after you have completed the first session. If no payment is taken you may be cancelled from the block.

    Private Sessions

    One to One or Two to one sessions

    All private sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise they will be charged in full.

    Once payment for session has been made they are non-refundable but can be rescheduled if the studio is advised 24 hours prior session time.

    Gift Certificates

    Studio sessions or for online purchases

    Gift Certificates (Vouchers) are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

    All sessions are subject to availability. Gift certificates can be used to pay for individual sessions or be used as part-payment towards full blocks of sessions.

    For individual sessions the holders of the Gift Certificates must let the Studio know what individual dates and times they would prefer - the Studio will then contact them the day before each session date to let them know if the space is available, and confirm whether they would like the booking.

     

    Online Purchases

    Essential oils

    If you decide you don't want any online purchases please return it to Pilates Body Centre within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must return unopened and undamaged with proof of purchase from Pilates Body Centre. Once returned a refund, gift certificate or replacement can be processed.

    Requests to cancel an order must be made within 14 days of order placement.

    UK Postage

    For Online purchases

    Items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked with Signature.

    The cost is based on the weight of your order which is calculated when you complete your payment. Postage is non refundable once the item is dispatched.
