We hope you are enjoying the Summer sunshine and having a wonderful break with your families and friends. It has certainly been a few months of changeable weather and we know lots of you have enjoyed your Pilates sessions in our climate controlled Studio!

Many of you are away on your Summer holidays at the moment and we look forward to seeing you back refreshed and ready for the Autumn. We are currently loading our new block of Autumn Classes - look out for new sessions being added!

In the meantime we have lots of Trial sessions available in both our Reformer and Mat Pilates classes - why not try something new with a friend or relative this summer! Our Team are always happy to help.
