Evening Yoga Classes

Our evening Yoga classes with Anamika are a wonderful way to end your day! We are continuing to run our Hatha Yoga classes, but have now added a new 45 minute Somatic Yoga class to our timetable.

 

These quiet sessions are very calming, Anamika will guide each person through some gentle Yoga poses - with each pose the individual focuses on their own body, then moves into the most comfortable position appropriate for their individual needs.

This session is great for releasing stress and anxiety, and can also help with pain management.

As we move into the beautiful summer evenings, we look forward to welcoming you to these classes.
