  • Studio Updates

     

    Due to demand for Private sessions Erdinc is adding in a day at the Studio.

    Erdinc specialises in functional work, including balance and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

     

    He is now available on Thursday mornings. This is prime time and spaces will fill fast. Erdinc can either teach Pilates Fitness or a combination of both. I would recomend booking now to get the time that suits you best. Either go to the private section of our website or book using the button below.

    We are, dare I say it heading towards Christmas.

     

    The Mayford Centre is having an open day on the 23 November to show what is on offer from small businesses that operate from the premises, maybe give you ideas for Christmas gifts.

    The studio is not going to be open to the public due to classes already running but everyone is welcome to wonder around some of the other units that are taking part.

    There is a florist, beauty therapist and much more.

    The Studio

    Our beautifully renovated large ground floor studio with climate control is situated in what was the Mayford Industrial school (opened 1887), still carries some distinguishing characteristics from that era, such as the large fire places and school plaques (carved by the boys).

    The studio is easily accessed via a large entrance with black doors, with ramp, situated to the side of the building.

    There is plenty of free parking both at the front, side and rear of the Mayford Business Centre.
