Blocks of classes are the best option if you would like to attend the same session each week.

All our April classes have started and we welcome you to the studio.

You can still join a block where space available.

There is a full class list at the bottom of this page. If a class is full you can either Waitlist or email the studio and we can waitlist you for when space becomes available.

We constantly load new classes subject to demand so feel free to always let us know what you are looking for.

All our classes are planned and adapted to the specific clients attending the sessions each week.

We may change our session plans once the class arrives to accommodate any unforseen injuy/pain/fatigue or will adapt exercises for individuals who need more care during the session.

If you are booked onto a block of classes, you can switch to other classes where space is available to accommodate your body needs that week. To do this please email admin@pilatesbodycentre.co.uk

We offer all levels of classes to meet these needs from Restorative or Meditation sessions to Advanced classes.

  • Reformer Classes

Our Reformer classes use the latest advanced reformers with half cadillacs. These Reformers have refined performance with a luxurious over-sized carriage and the longest travel of any standard reformer, giving more range and comfort for taller clients.

The half Cadillac brings a wider range of teaching options to any reformer class.

Reformer classes are limited to a maximum of four people, making for a more focused session that will provide an enhanced body workout experience.

  • Restorative Reformer

This is a very gentle reformer class for people who wanting to join a group class but need more help and attention. The class is slow paced and uses the reformer to assist exercises to make good movement more achieveable. The Restorative Reformer is especially good for anyone who struggles to get down onto the floor or off the floor in a mat class.

    Beginner Reformer

Our Beginner Reformer Pilates classes are for those who are either new to Pilates Reformers, or are still learning the repertoire.

In these classes, you'll be introduced to the different elements these reformers with half cadillacs have to offer. These classes will help you build strength and increase mobility, in a safe controlled environment.

    Intermediate Reformer

Our Intermediate Reformer Pilates classes are more dynamic classes; incorporating elements already learnt, at a more challenging level and pace.

In these classes you'll be challenged further to reach a higher level of ability.

    Advanced Reformer

A fast paced Reformer class to challenge and strengthen. This class is for people confident on the Reformer and injury free.

    Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a branch of Yoga primarily concerned with mastery of the body, and it is arguably the tradition most familiar to Western culture. The term is derived from the Sanskrit ha, meaning "sun," and tha, meaning "moon," leading to the common interpretation that Hatha practices are designed to unite and balance these two energies. However, the literal translation of Hatha is "force," alluding to the physical techniques used within this tradition.

    Meditation and relaxation

This class will focus on gentle meditation practice, there will be a series of deeply relaxing postures completely supported by props such as blankets and bolsters, allowing the release of any tension to melt away. The postures will be enhanced with calming breathing techniques and meditations, promoting a sense of inner calm and stress relief. The class will also be structured to support traumatised and stressed nervous systems to relax and calm the body for better sleep

    Pilates Strength and balance class

Erdinc is a fully qualified Personal trainer and Pilates teacher who is leading this class following the guidelines of Pilates with the strength and balance training - good alignment, correct range of movement and body awareness to protect against injury.

The sessions will combine matwork for core strength, balance work and full body strength training.

Equipment will be used as appropriate for the group booked.
