We are delighted to announce that Yana and Siobhan have joined our wonderful team!
Yana Hubbard is a Body Control Pilates Teacher who also has special interests in hiking, breath work, mental health and body psychotherapy. She uses movement and breath to relieve stress and tension, allowing the body to move freely and with ease.
Yana is now running Mat Pilates classes on Tuesdays at 10.30am, Wednesdays at 6.30pm and Saturdays at 8am.
Siobhan Sagar is a qualified Teacher who is passionate about the Pilates method, having discovered the benefits herself years ago. She believes Pilates brings so many benefits to people's mind, body, and every day movement and functionality.
Siobhan now has a Reformer class on Wednesdays at 10am and is also available for Private Pilates sessions.
