Summer Classes now booking!

We are now taking bookings for our block of 2023 Summer Classes - these run from July through to the end of September.

From Beginners through to Advanced sessions - we are offering a wide range of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Fitness, Yoga, and Rehabilitation classes, along with Private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions.

Our Summer block runs for 13 weeks, and we also have one-off drop in sessions available - we know clients find these a great way to trial our classes, or to fit classes around their other commitments.
