Summer is here! New classes!

 

Our new block of classes begin on Monday 20th June, we look forward to working with our regular clients again, and we are delighted to offer a warm welcome to our new clients! We really enjoy seeing you all progress, challenge yourselves, and leave each class happy and relaxed - your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

We are also delighted to introduce our newest member of staff - Erdinc Sodek. He will be running a 45 minute fitness class on Tuesdays at 10am, from 21st June to 6th September 2022. This class can be booked either as a course, or as an individual session.

Erdinc is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, but is currently training to become a Pilates Instructor and practicing in our Studio. Our clients have been asking about his personal training, so we have decided to offer some classes.

These will be a full body fitness session, and Erdinc will run this class depending on client needs. The sessions will include core exercises, balance work, upper and lower strength training. If appropriate, functional equipment such as weights, bands and TRX will be added for progression. His fitness sessions will also follow the guidelines of Pilates - good alignment, correct range of movement and body awareness to protect against injury.

The sessions will combine matwork for core strength, balance work and full body strength training.

Equipment will be used as appropriate for the group booked.
