  • Trial Drop in Classes

    We offer Pilates Mat and Reformer sessions which can be booked individually.

     

    This is a great way to either try something new without the commitment of a full course or to find the best class for your needs.

     

    These sessions need to be booked 12 hours in advanced after this time please email admin@pilatesbodycentre.co.uk

  • Private Sessions

    Private sessions are specifically designed for the individual client needs.
    All private sessions utilize any equipment in the studio that the teacher feels will enhance or assist each session.
    These sessions are particularly good for Rehabilitation, Preparation for a class, Pre or Post Pregnancy, Sport specific, or for those who prefer the individual attention to reach their goals quicker.

  • Private sessions can be booked either on a one to one or two to one basis.

     

    Two to one sessions are particularly good for friends or partners who want to do a session together using the studio equipment. Exercising with someone close can help with motivation and give that extra bit of fun to each session.

     

    For rehabilitation or people new to exercise, individual sessions can also be booked also in 30 or 45 minute time periods.

  • Clinical Pilates

    Clinical Pilates is a variation of Traditional Pilates. It is ideal for people experiencing musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction, post-injury dysfunction, or for those seeking post-surgery rehabilitation. Pilates exercises are adapted to the appropriate level for you and your issue and progressed when possible and tolerated.

  • Reformer Classes

    Our Reformer classes use the latest advanced reformers with half cadillacs. These Reformers have refined performance with a luxurious over-sized carriage and the longest travel of any standard reformer, giving more range and comfort for taller clients.

    The half Cadillac brings a wider range of teaching options to any reformer class.

     

    Reformer classes are limited to a maximum of four people, making for a more focused session that will provide an enhanced body workout experience.

  • Beginner Reformer

    Our Beginner Reformer Pilates classes, are for those who are either new to Pilates Reformers, or are still learning the repertoire.

    In these classes you'll be introduced to the different elements these reformers with half cadillacs have to offer. These classes will help you build strength and increase mobility, in a safe controlled environment.

    Intermediate Reformer

    Our Intermediate Reformer Pilates classes are a more dynamic class incorporating elements already learnt, at a more challenging level and pace.

    In these classes you'll be challenged further to reach a higher level of ability.

    Advanced Reformer

    A fast paced Reformer class to challenge and strengthen. This class is for people confident on the Reformer and injury free

  • Mat Classes

    Our Matwork classes largely use the bodys own resistance to help strengthen and align. Although we also incorporate small equipment such as foam rollers, balls, bands handweights and other small props to give added challenge

  • Beginner Mat

    Our Beginner Mat Pilates classes, which also use small equipment, are for people who have never done Pilates before, or who want to refresh their Pilates basics.

    Intermediate Mat

    Our Intermediate Mat Pilates classes are for those who have completed a beginner level and are ready to challenge themselves further.

  • Yoga Classes

    Vinyasa Yoga

    Vinyasa Yoga classes are designed to develop your yoga practice and deepen your body awareness. Suitable for complete beginners, you will experience some very effective breathing and meditation techniques to clear the mind, along with a clear introduction to traditional yoga poses designed to not only get you into shape but also leave you feeling incredible from the inside out. All these techniques and poses come with various modifications so no previous experience required at all.

    Hatha Yoga

    Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga primarily concerned with mastery of the body, and it is arguably the tradition most familiar to Western culture. The term is derived from the Sanskrit ha, meaning "sun," and tha, meaning "moon," leading to the common interpretation that Hatha practices are designed to unite and balance these two energies. However, the literal translation of Hatha is "force," alluding to the physical techniques used within this tradition.

  • Online Sessions

    Our small bespoke online sessions are bringing creative teaching to your home.

    All you need is a computer/laptop with a camera and speaker and a mat.

  • Private Online Sessions

    Private online sessions are specifically designed for the individual client needs.

    These sessions are particularly good for Rehabilitation, Preparation for a class, Pre or Post Pregnancy, Sport specific or for those who prefer the individual attention to reach their goals quicker.

     

    Private sessions can be booked on a one to one or two to one basis.

     

    If you have any personal equipment at home you can email prior and if the teacher feels it will enhance your session it can be built into your program.

    Online Mat Classes

    Matwork classes largely use the body's own resistance to help strengthen and align.

     

    All our online mat classes are limited to six attendees. Keeping our class sizes small allows the teacher to see everyone easily, continue to correct and develop each client as we would in the studio environment.

  • Prices

     

     

    Classes

     

    Classes run on a continual basis in blocks of 12 weeks and can be joined at any stage.

     

    Because we run the classes continually, some dates the class may not be scheduled to run so that the teachers can take vacations and attend courses. These dates are always confirmed at the beginning of a new block.

     

    Please check all the dates when you sign up to a block and if there are any dates you can't attend for your own vacations or events please email enquiries@pilatesbodycentre.co.uk to have them deducted from your block. Payment must be made prior to your first session.

     

    If you do not turn up for a class this will be non-refundable, but can be made up in other scheduled classes during the duration of the 12 week block.

    Private Sessions can be booked online or by contacting enquiries@pilatesbodycentre.co.uk

     

    If you book online it must be scheduled at least 12 hour prior to the appointment. Any date changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours or do not show up for an appointment it will be charged in full.
